Bulk Orders

Our goal is to provide you with excellent customer service! Please read full details below to place a bulk order for our handcrafted soaps and hand poured wax products.



Accurate contact information including full name, complete mailing address, telephone number, and email address are required for bulk orders. You can check out on the cart page as usual, adjusting your quantity as needed. Please make sure to add any important details in the provided comment section, such as your event date and any special requests. We may reach out to you for additional information if necessary.

The terms discussed below do not necessarily mean that we will encounter delays with fulfilling your order, but we want to make you aware that the possibility exists. 


Please keep in mind that shipments are being delayed around the world due to COVID-19, high demand, and supply shortages. We use multiple highly reputable suppliers for our ingredients, and all of them are experiencing shipping delays to some degree. For some it's a few days-a week, for others it's several weeks, and some can't give an estimated shipping date at this point. We make every effort to keep all of our ingredients in stock, but these issues are beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.



We make our products in small batches, so bulk orders are defined as any one product or multiple products ordered in any quantity above 24.



Due to delays with shipping from our suppliers, we require at least 3 weeks advance notice for our themed soaps and candles in bulk, and at least 6 weeks advance notice for our cold process Signature Collection soaps in bulk.


This is to make sure that we have the supplies in stock to complete your order, and to ensure that we have adequate time to give your order the special attention it deserves.


6 weeks advance notice: Our cold process Signature Collection soaps must cure for a minimum of 4 weeks before they are ready to use, and they will not be shipped until the end of the 4th week after they've been made. The remaining two weeks is leeway to make sure we have the necessary ingredients in sufficient quantities to fulfill your order. If it is going to take longer than that, we will contact you after your order is placed to try to make alternate arrangements if needed.


Very large orders may require more time. Please plan ahead accordingly for your event or expected due date. We will contact you during the process of creating your order if we encounter unexpected delays due to availability of raw ingredients. This is why it is important to give complete and accurate contact information and to let us know if anything changes.


Because of the costs of ingredients and materials, time, labor, and storage space required, there are no refunds on bulk orders. If you are unsatisfied with your order, we will make every reasonable effort to remedy the situation, either by remaking it or offering another product as replacement. By continuing with your order and submitting payment, you are agreeing to these terms.
